Trout Series

The iconic stretch of the Missouri River between Wolf Creek and Cascade is abundant with large and feisty rainbow trout. These fish are magical on the end of a fly line, often leaping out of the water, especially after sipping a tiny dry fly casted with precision.

Further to the south, the spring creeks of the Paradise Valley that spill into the Yellowstone River, are home to the elusive west-slope cutthroat trout.

Similar to the brook trout, these fish don the telltale red gill plates and are as beautiful as they are weary.

Crafted by anglers, for anglers  in our Helena, Montana studio, The Trout Series landing nets feature an inlaid trout in mother of pearl, chasing a dry fly. These nets feature laminated construction, water-resistant varnish, a proprietary fish-friendly net bag made of surgical rubber and a metal post at the end of each handle where you can add your favorite tether.
